Terms & Conditions for Membership in Social Studio

These terms and conditions apply to the membership program Social Studio, provided by Helena Sinding / Sinding Social (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "the Company").

By joining Social Studio, you accept the following terms:

1. General

Social Studio is a membership that provides access to a digital portal with resources, templates, recorded coaching sessions, and related content, as well as access to a community group. Membership is personal and cannot be shared with others.

2. Sales to Minors

If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to purchase a membership.

3. Payment and Minimum Commitment

  • Payments are processed via Stripe using debit/credit cards.

  • Membership can be purchased on a monthly or yearly basis.

  • For monthly memberships, there is a minimum commitment of 2 months. After this, you may cancel at any time.

  • Yearly memberships are binding for the paid period and cannot be canceled or refunded mid-term.

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your membership at any time.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to [email protected] at least 72 hours before the next billing date to avoid automatic renewal.

  • No refunds are given for ongoing or already paid periods.

5. Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing the membership, you gain immediate access to digital content. According to Norwegian law (Right of Withdrawal Act §22 n), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services that are delivered and accessed immediately. Therefore, no refunds or withdrawal rights are offered on purchased memberships.

6. Access to Content

  • Membership grants access to the portal and its content for as long as your subscription is active and paid.

  • All content in Social Studio is protected by copyright and is for personal use only.

  • It is not permitted to copy, share, or redistribute any content, including templates, videos, course materials, or login details to the portal or community group.

7. Additional Terms for Memberships Including 1:1 Sessions

The following terms apply only to memberships that include 1:1 coaching sessions. These terms do not apply to memberships without 1:1 access.

• Members receive two (2) 1:1 sessions per month as part of their membership

• To be guaranteed their sessions for the upcoming month, members must book by the 1st of that month

• Reminder emails may be sent on the 25th and 30th of each month, but booking availability may already be open before those reminders are sent

• Sessions should be spaced across the month for best support and implementation

• Availability depends on the number of active members. We do not guarantee specific dates or times and are not obligated to provide additional availability if all sessions are booked

• Members are responsible for booking their own sessions. If no availability is shown in the booking calendar, it means all current slots are booked

• Sessions may be rescheduled only if alternative availability exists in the calendar

• Sessions cannot be moved to another month, saved, carried over, or accumulated for future months. If a session is not booked or attended within the applicable month, it is lost

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will count as used sessions

8. Copyright and Use

All content provided in Social Studio is copyright protected © Helena Sinding / Sinding Social. Unauthorized sharing, publishing, or distribution will be considered a breach of copyright and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality content but cannot guarantee specific results for members. The membership provides tools, templates, and support, but your progress depends on your own efforts. We disclaim liability for financial losses or outcomes resulting from use of our services.

10. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, server downtime, power outages, or force majeure events.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between the member and the Company shall first be attempted resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes may be brought before the Conciliation Board (ForliksrĂĄdet) or another competent court in Norway.
